To maintain an informational prelaunch website, present the project and communicate the brand registration status.

Legitimate interest in maintaining the informational website and, in the future where applicable, user consent when an active contact channel exists.
Recipients
Static web hosting on GitHub Pages. There is no active form and no direct query submission from the website at this stage.
Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent through the corporate email pending activation: TODO_EMAIL_CORPORATIVO.
Retention
The website does not collect direct queries through a form at this stage. Technical logs depend on the hosting provider.

Data collected

At this stage there is no active contact form. The website may process basic technical data through hosting, such as IP address, user agent, access date and time, requested URL and security logs needed to operate the site.

Purposes and legal basis

Technical data is used to maintain the basic availability and security of the site. If a contact channel, contracting, invoicing or continued service delivery is activated later, the applicable legal bases and full information will be documented beforehand.

Providers and transfers

The public hosting detected is GitHub Pages. There is no active form or external form provider on the main public website. If an external provider is added, it must be identified before use.

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Plausible, Umami, YouTube embeds, Google Maps or external analytics/advertising scripts have been detected on the main website. If providers involving international transfers are added in the future, this policy will be updated and the corresponding safeguards will be applied.

Retention

The website does not retain direct queries through a form at this stage. If a corporate channel is activated, a real retention policy will be defined before it is used for queries or commercial communications.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent through the corporate email once activated. Current status: TODO_EMAIL_CORPORATIVO. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.

Security measures

BMB Digital Labs works with a privacy-by-design approach, data control and reasonable technical and organizational measures. It does not promise absolute security, guaranteed total privacy or end-to-end encryption unless this is implemented and documented in a specific product.
